Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
If listed shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned, your order will be refunded minus the shipping costs if the merchandise is returned without damages. Should you request the order be sent to a different address, please be aware that you will be charged an additional fee for shipping the package twice.
All shipping charges are per address.
Most items with free shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class mail; please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Items shipped Flat Rate will typically be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Items weighing over 10lbs may ship via FedEx Home Delivery.
Shipping times vary, but are approximately 3-4 days for USPS Priority Mail, 3-5 business days for USPS First Class Mail. FedEx Home Delivery is approximately 5-7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items. Any treasures you purchased online may be returned within 30 days of shipping. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately your purchase is no longer returnable.
Items purchased online may be returned by shipping the item back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If shipping the item back to us, you must contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 days for package transit when shipping your return. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day acceptable window.
All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it. Sorry, we cannot accept returns of custom ordered merchandise. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
While we make every effort to package your merchandise for safe transit, accidents happen. In the even that you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receipt. We may request that you provide us with photos of the damage that we can submit to the shipping carrier with a claim. Failure to provide photograph evidence may result in denial of a refund.
Following that process above; for items that we carry consistently, we will be happy to provide a replacement. Unfortunately, for one-of-a-kind or vintage items, only a refund will be provided.
